Click on the appropriate section listed on the left and navigate down to the section listing similar items. Inkjet cartridges and toner cartridges are listed in order or their reference numbers. Just scroll down to the one you are looking for. A list of most compatible printers is included in the description for a reference.

Delivery Charges
We charge for packing and delivery separately based on the total weight of the consignment. We find this to be the cheapest option for the customer and straight forward for us. Depending on the customers selected method and the type of items ordered deliveries are made by Royal Mail or Carrier. To view the charge worked out by our system, proceed to checkout and where you see the section for filling in your name and address scroll down to read off the carriage. You may have to change it to suit your area or change from 2nd class to first class post, for example .
Why do we charge for Delivery?
Some suppliers offer free delivery but Royal Mail or Couriers do not do this for nothing, so the charge is hidden in the price of the goods. As an example a toner cartridge is often delivered by carrier (because it is cheaper than post for the weight). Our carriers charge us a flat rate up to a certain weight so it costs us the same to deliver one cartridge as it does three so we charge you the same rate. The 'free delivery' suppliers have to build this cost into the products so for three cartridges you are effectively paying the carriage three times over. It is more economical to combine orders where possible. The postage for one inkjet cartridge is likely to be the same for two and possibly only a few pence more for four, for instance.
Delivery Time
Many orders arrive the following day but please allow up to 6 working days for goods to arrive.
Yoy will be notified if goods are not available for despatch within this period.
Please note that all goods have to be signed for. If you have been out please look for a 'calling card'. The Royal Mail items will be held out your collections office for a limited time before being returned to us. For carrier telephone the number on the card to re-arrange another delivery.

Accounts
Due to the competitive nature of our prices and the wish to keep them that way, we do not offer extended credit facilities, i.e. 30 days.
